John Erik Fossum is Professor at ARENA Centre of European Studies of the University of Oslo. He is affiliated to the EGPP through his role in the Horizon 2020 project ‘Differentiation: Clustering Excellence’ (DiCE), in collaboration with EGPP Associates Brigid Laffan and Nicoletta Pirozzi. He also has been actively involved in the EGPP through his participation to various conferences and workshops.
