William Foley is linked to the EGPP through the project ‘Narrating Covid-19: How Europe as Union Fares’. He will work with Brigid Laffan, the Director of the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies and Lorenzo Cicchi, coordinator of EGPP on the member state’s response to the pandemic.
