Luciano Bardi (PhD: The Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore) is President of the Observatory on Political Parties and Representation of the University of Pisa where he was Professor of Political Science and International Relations. He also taught at the University of Bologna and visited at numerous universities in Europe and North America. At the EUI and EGPP he has coordinated and directed several projects on EU topics, most recently at the Alcide De Gasperi Research Centre with the “The EPP Group in the European Parliament”.
