Liesbet Hooghe has been actively involved in the EGPP for a number of years. She has linked her European Research Council funded project ‘Transnational’, which seeks to explain the intensity of polarisation on immigration, Europe, and climate change with EGPP. Likewise, Liesbet Hooghe has connected her, and fellow EGPP Associate Gary Marks, ongoing political party dataset project, the Chapel Hill Expert Surveys, to the EGPP. She regularly participates in EGPP seminars.
