Emma Hoes is affiliated to the EGPP through the project ‘Narrating Covid-19: How Europe as Union Fares’. Working in coordination with Tobias Widmann, Brigid Laffan, Anja Thomas and Lorenzo Cicchi, her task is to present a report on how the pandemic is framed in the Netherlands. She has also worked as country expert for projects euandi2019, coding party positions, and InDivEU, writing a report on governmental positions on Differentiated Integration.
